Refurbished systems are inspected, repaired, and refurbished by our in-house technicians. These processes emulate those of SonoSite, but don't carry the full manufacturer's warranty and may have minor cosmetic flaws that would be too expensive to repair, and don't affect machine performance. All customers are made aware of any flaws on a sales quote and will be provided pictures of any noticeable flaws.

Because of the proprietary design of the SonoSite systems, our refurbishing process requires the use of SonoSite ultrasound parts and SonoSite licensed software.

Both remanufactured and refurbished products from GPS Medical will perform to OEM specifications and have a tremendously low failure rate. However, the SonoSite remanufactured systems will carry a longer warranty, as well as a heftier price. That's why we offer both: it will let your budget decide what's best.
